Which has more benefits, green , herbal or black tea ?!

Question: Regular tea (black, green, oolong) contains antioxidants. Herbal teas do not contain this because they are made from ingredients other than tea leaves. There is a common belief that green tea is best, but recently, I saw a health segment on TV which promoted oolong tea instead. Also, white teas are reportedly very good for health.

I am attaching some links with information about tea.
