I am sending you a few sites that will help you find your answers but you need to do the research because it's your homework...I have a 16 year old and I don't do her homework either so hopefully this helps you.

fresh fruit and vegetables.. just peel and eat, easier than opening a package or a can...

Out of the above.. definitely baked beans

the cheese and yogurt, but I don't think meatballs as a convenience type food. but if properly selected that type of food could pass.

ok, here ya go..... ready to eat yogurt!!! all those labels, acidopholis, ( good stuff!) dannon, and activia, best in their field, for taste?? I'd go with yoplait, and it is good for u too! ok, next: frozen?? Go with healthy choice. Best in taste, best in nutrition. AND they give the nutrient conten On the label!! ice cream? At the risk of offending ppl, I won't say my favorite brand ( B & J'S ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) go with frozen yogurt, most store brands carry it, of Breyer's no sugar added, great taste, gr8 nutrition, too. pasta sauce? Zatarain's. beans are good 4 u, and the rice is too, and it has lower sodium, what is not to love???? dehydrated fruit? Welch's cherries and cranberries, it packs a powerful punch in nutrition, and it is low fat, hope this helps. ready to eat cheese? sargento's. they make low-fat, low- soduim cheeses, and it makes them in the peel n eat too. good luck! most nutritious? baked beans. Low fat, fiber, and they make u toot.

dried fruit

I don't know for sure. canned would seem the most nutritious, followed by dehydrated, the dehydrated would have a high sugar content thou the canned section would possibly have a higher than healthy salt content. frozen no, last I would think, ready to eat, yes, nutritious but high fat.

1 canned
2/3 dehydrated and ready to eat
4 frozen

The only "convenience" foods that would promote health would be frozen veggies and fruits. Frozen pizza would not qualify. Canned products are loaded with sodium.
