What do u eat?!
Any suggestions?
Answers: I get so confused whenever i go to the supermarket there is so much to choose from. I have no appetite so I'm not feeling for anything particular.

Buy a bunch of stuff and mix it together. You might make something really good!

Also chicken pie, gravy and mashed potato.
Some stores have a multiple food platters that are meant for parties. I find that these are great for us bachelors because they have a variety of fruits and veggies that we wouldn't normally eat. Also, if it is a wide enough variety you can get a different meal every day for a couple of weeks.
I too suffer from a lack of appetite and when this get bad so I don't feel like eating I think of the stuff I so like - fried onions, garlic, chips - all that's bad for me. I buy the ingredients and make garlic potato with curry sauce fry-up. Not that healthy but I hardly over indulge.
I eat a lot of fruit. Bananas, pears, apples, grapes, strawberries, cantelope, honeydew, etc. I love to drink POM tea. I also like to make my own home made smoothies (100% fruit). Hmm... I am a big fan of cereal and oatmeal as well. Soup is always awesome (chicken noodle soup and clam chowder). I also like to indulge in pasta (spaghetti, fetuccini). The only meats that I like to eat are ham and chicken. And for my sweet tooth? Mint dark chocolate. Delicious.

Green Peppers
Onion
and Feta if you like it.
You can always add dried cranberries with cranberry dressing. Its soooo yummy.
Or try some fish instead of beef or chicken. (change things up a bit)
I always eat breakfast for dinner about once a week. French Toast, Pancakes, Eggs, Bacon, Sausage. Or try a breakfast casserole.
Tuna Noodle Casserole is great comfort food!
1/2 bag egg noodles cooked
2 cans drained tuna
1 cup of cooked peas
1 can creams of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (or what ever you like)
mix all together put in a casserole dish, bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Its soooo good and easy!

eat a lot of ice cream, pizzas, cakes, and fried chicken.
whole wheat tacos or fajita wraps... different green salads with oriental rice crackers instead of croutons... theres a variety of yummy foods you can find and make.
