Question: If so what are the health benifits

Answers: If so what are the health benifits

yes they are good for you and very tasty also. The delicious roasted seeds of the pumpkin are packed with Protein, fiber, iron, copper, magnesium, manganese, and phosphorous, as well as the Amino acids arginine and glutamic acid. They also contain some calcium, potassium, zinc, selenium, folate, and niacin. Pumpkin seeds also contain linolenic acid, which may help to prevent hardening of the arteries.

YES! Very tasty too. I eat them as a snack. You can sometimes find them in the Hispanic section of your market where they are called "Pepitos".

They are very low in carbs and high in fiber and protein.

Enjoy...

That I don't know but if you plant them you'll get a healthy treat!

Lots of fiber and they are high in nutritional value. The down side of seeds is they cause problems like diverticulitis (basically a colon problem) for some people. I am one of those people that are not supposed to eat too many seeds or things like popcorn. Moderation is the key
