yes, but why not fried potatoes and onions. Throw in a couple or three eggs right at the last. It's good and it will keep you from being hungry for a while. Have a big, tall glass of orange juice with it.

i have never tried it with onion sauce but i do chop up small bits of onion and cheese and mash that into my potatoes!

I have never heard of onion sauce, sounds strange though, I am not much of an onion person, in some things but not in all. I like my potato's without onions.
