Sausage, bacon or branflakes for breakfast?!

Question: sausage bacon eggs fried tomatoes and fried bread...hehe

Answers: sausage bacon eggs fried tomatoes and fried bread...hehe

I have eggrolls or microwaved pizza.

:-)

sure ...just had Bacon and Eggs with Toasted bread...so yummmmmmm !! and a cup of NESCAFE EXCELLA ....

branflakes

sausage and bacon

Bacon w/ toast

A little bit of all three should be good tastewise. However, bacon is digested extremely slow and some of it will remain undigested even at the end of the day.

Ideally, bran/cerial, a sausage or two along with some vegetables makes for a good, nutritive breakfast that will last you till lunch time.

Hope this helps.

BACON AND FRIED TOMATOES

branflakes or any whole grain cereal is good. Sausage or bacon could be hard to digest, depending on the age of the person.

Don't know yet..it's 7 hours away.

Sausage,of course!

Neither. It will be oat and raisin crunch topped with natural Greek yoghurt and banana slices, with soya milk. A glass of fruit juice, and two large cups of tea. Not forgetting 10mls of cod liver oil and a garlic pearl.

ooh a full fry up..... yum yum

Sausage & bacon with 3 scrambled eggs, & biscutts 'n' gravy.
