I assume you mean "addiction". Candy addition would be a good thing...more candy!!

And the first step to overcoming an addiction to anything, is to admit that you have the addiction. You've already done that, so your journey is underway. Try to think objectively: just how bad is your addiction? Are you healthy and active? Or are you a couch potato with high blood pressure and hard arteries?

If you're a healthy, active person in generally good health, eating some chocolate every day isn't necessarily a bad thing. But if you'd like to cut down, try using the reward system: use a "unit" chocolate (a small chocolate bar, a Hershey Kiss, etc) as a reward for short-term goals. For example, decide that if you jog 5 miles non-stop, you get a chocolate as a reward. Or, when you've completed your term paper, you get a chocolate as a reward. Whatever applies to your situation.

You're reinforcing a positive behavior with a negligible amount of bad behavior.

drink grapefruit juice. it will kill the craving

eat more fruit and juice

when you get the craving do something else also this works wonders, don't buy it you can't eat it if you don't buy it

Here are some tips:
Exercise daily
Buy strawberries *WITH OUT THE CHOCOLATE* lol
Do more activities instead of eating

Hope it helps!

TRY SOME SUBSTITUTES LIKE BEEF JERKY OR VEDGETABLES OR FRUIT.

eat natural fruit gummies and have plenty of fruit!

Stop adding more it's just compounding your problem.

Well, maybe go to a country like Afghanistan???
