The cold one.

Good question.
Personally, I like wheat beers in the morning. Tey have that slight cereal taste to them. The best is Hoegarten, but there are others also. I know I have access to Rickard's Wheat, as well as Boreale here in Canada....but any wheat beer should do.
Cheers

Balentine Ale...........green gas is what we called it. Best cure for a hangover if you can keep it down. I'm serious.

Sam Adams Light is a good choice.

Sam Adams Cherry Wheat is pretty good for breakfast, too. Cherry and wheat, kinda like a liquid jelly donut.

whatever is in the fridge...

Personally, I'd go with a red beer...(beer and tomato juice)

Red Eye---Miller Lite and Bloody Mary mix----the best---you can add some lime and green olives...perfect combination!

German Hefe Weizen, its made from wheat, tastes really smooth and the three grains of rice and three peices of rock salt in the bottom make it really nice.

Because you're eating spicy foods, the best bet is a nice semi dark, semi heavy beer like a Michelob dark or Shiner Bach

I like a nice blueberry beer.

Hum. I don't USUALLY have beer with breakfast; I often have COFFEE!

However, with the breakfast you described, if I DID drink beer with it, I have a good Mexican beer and have it REALLY cold!

BTW, you forgot the HOT SAUCE! LOL!
