Does snacking raise or slow metabolism? If so, why do dieters eat more meals (w/ smaller portions)?!
Answers: It raises your metabolism because your body has to work to digest food. So if you eat small mini meals throughout the day rather than 3 huge ones your body will be working constantly which burns calories and keeps your metabolism steady.

I eat and attempt to take 20 minutes to complete the meal. I must then wait an additional 20 minutes at least to be able to hold a drink....I may eat any time after three hours again.
Yes it is like a time released metabolism.
This payed off for me but there are times I do not keep up with my iron levels. I do the vitimins.
