My homemade beef-and-pork chunk chili (cubes of meat, not ground), sharp cheddar cheese, and sour cream. It ROCKED. We had about a gallon of the chili and 10 big, big bags of nacho chips.
We tossed the chips onto full-sized baking sheets. Spread the chili and cheese all over, broiled them for about a minute.
We gave people bowls of sour cream to spoon on themselves.
