500 calories. The fry up did it. If you poached the eggs, grilled the bacon and cut off the fat, grilled the very fat containing sausage (the own label ones are the worst for fat), ate the bread without spread as the spread is just another fat form you could have cut it down.
where'e the black / white pudding a fry up is not complete without it , sounds lovely, will have to have one now.
Oh - my - God, you're gonna get so much cellulite and not to mention the clogged arteries!!
Can I have some???? Sounds like a spot on brekkie!!
CHECK LABEL YOURSELF??
About 300 calories?
If you are on a diet, then you dont want to know!
Well, sausage 100 approx, bacon 60 approx, egg 80 approx, toms-hardly anything 20 maybe & bread & butter 130 approx, so this is roughly 390 cals I think!
I think 350-400 calories.
grilled or fried it makes a difference
but around 400 grilled and 600 fried
can I have some I'm famished now just reading your question
"1 rasher asda own bacon (smoked)"
Be careful. Next thing you know, you'll be on 20 rashers a day...
:-)
well i cant give you an estimate unless i have the packaging to refer to.
all you need to do is read the health guidelines at the back of all the food you ate.
it will tell you how many calories that's in each item or slice you ate and just tally up all your calculations
sounds like a nice breakfast.. that's similar to what i eat of a daily basis for breakfast - but continue to eat the oily sausage and bacon every day and you will get very nasty spots.(which happened to me)
also which to brown bread, its better for you!
helps your energy levels and is a good source of fibre to help your digestive system
I'd guess between 300-400.
Even if you were on a diet, I wouldn't see the slightest thing wrong with it.
Alright, a lot grease (pleasure!), but you've got protein from Sausages, and eggs, carbs from bread (which yes, is needed) Chopped tomatoes, veggies?
Diet's are useless, 'lifestyle changes' and eating in 'moderation' is the only sustainable way to lose weight.
Enjoy I say.
That's your FIRST EVER FRY UP?? Omg I eat this nearly every Sunday:
3 sausages, 2 eggs, beans, 2 slices of toast and buttered mushrooms.
I think yours is probably about 350 cals. Mine's about 1000 lol.
