I think you should have homemade biscuits and gravy with scrambles eggs and bacon.
A cup of coffee will get you going and maybe you should have some mixed fruit as well.

If you want something good to start out your day then have something with alot of protein

Either
-porridge with sugar
-bagels toasted with butter
OR
pop tarts
:)
or a fry up,mushrooms, eggs, bacon, grilled tomatoes, fried bread, ya know the score

A glass of fresh orange juice (for vitamin C)
and… anything you like that contains carbohydrates and …some proteins too (like cheese or 1 egg for example). A cup of coffee if you need it.
We must not eat many eggs during the day… too much cholesterol…

elements of fruit, juice or a piece of fruit.
protein from milk or something cooked.
carbohydrate from bread or cereal.
And dont forget to clean your teeth

Plain old fashioned oatmeal. Do not got for the ones with cream or fake fruits. It does not take long. Boil some water - put 2-3 table spoons of plain old fashioned oatmeal in a cereal bowl - then pour the boiling water over it to cover it and a little more - then I have my tea. Or let it sit for a few minutes -- find your comfort, level with trial and error. Then if it is to thick pour some more water or milk into it. Then add some pure or organic maple syrup and or nuts -- any you like and raisin, dates, etc -- you will have a great breakfast that will be cheap and nutritious -

Anything that is food, and not rotting.

Fruits/raw vegetables
Cereal Drink
Sandwich
