Jelly, definetly!!!! Peanut butter is smooth, even the chunky kind goes on pretty easily. Jelly is sticky and spreads in big globs!!!

Depends on the brand and the temperature. I find peanut butter easier to spread cause I don't keep it in the fridge.

Peanut Butter...my son just had this problem this morning putting peanut butter on his french toast....it tore the bread.
Peanut butter is sticky....jelly is smooth and moist
