Apple Cider?!

Question: Okay...I'm Chinese, so me and my mother don't usually buy apple cider. I have heard of it, but never tasted it. So...my mom and I went to this like farmer's market today, and bought fresh squeezed apple cider. I haven't tasted it yet, but can anyone tell me what is apple cider, what is the process of making it, and how you can drink it? Please answer, and thanks in advance!

I just bought some from the market and am having it today for a get together with friends. I heat it up and add a cinnamon stick. You can also drink it cold which is good but it is cold here where I live and warm is just soooo good. Be sure to store it in the fridge. Just ignore the rude remarks..some people just don't have a life and need to be rude on YA.

You cant buy freshly squeezed apple cider. Apple Cider is made along the same lines as wine. It has to be fermented
This link will tell you all about it, just copy and paste to your browser.

I personally love apple cider. There is alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions. Depends on the type of apple used as to the sweetness and taste of the finished product.
Try it u might be surprised. Should be able to purchase it from your local supermarket (non-alcoholic) or Bottleshop/Liquor store (alcoholic type)
Cheers Enjoy

Cider is cider, it can ONLY be made from apples so what is the point of calling it apple cider, is this another Americanism like saying, London England?
