I read in Reader's Digest that an apple is better than a cup of coffee for keeping you awake.

I should have also mentioned that I read that eating something crunchy helps you stay awake. Something about the sound keeps you alert Report It

  • Try eating some nuts, they give you energy and they help keep you satisfied in between meals.

Try chewing gum. Chewing gum helps stimulate the brain and keep you awake for a little while. I've used this trick while driving, doing homework, and staying up for guard duty.

    chocolate
    milo
    coffee
    engery drinks
    healthy meals
    dried fruit n nuts

chew some mint gum, or suck on like a minty lifesaver, mint has studies showing that it promotes concentration, so do almonds, drink lots of water too, stray away from caffein tho as much as you can, personally, i would stay up doing homework till bout 11, wakie up 530, do homework at lunch etc, that's what i did, eventually i started getting only bout 4 hours of sleep, lay off the extra activities, you need your sleep, and go get a massage

an apple! or two. apples wake you up better than coffee does.

chocolate, it can give you energy
