Manhattan Clam Chowder is made without milk, and it's quite good.

Yes, sure there is clam chowder you can eat without milk for lactose intolerant people.
It's just a bit watery, but I think there are substitutes to milk for it.

I am a big fan of New England Clam Chowder... I love lots of pepper and a decent amount of paprika... I can't see it being very authentic without cream in the recipe.

YES AND ITS MANHATTAN CLAM CHOWDER ,AND YOU CAN USE TOMATO
