What should i Do with my freshly Cut Tarragon?!


Question: so, i just cut down my entire French Terragon plant for the winter.... but i dont know what to do with it. What can i do with it? and if i am to dry it out, how would i do that?

Tarragon looses its flavor when dried.

I freeze mine in a little grapeseed oil.

Roughly chop, then together with a little salt, roughly crush with a mortar and pestle. Gradually add olive oil, and then keep in container in freezer until you need it. Or whiz together with pine nuts and parmesan to make a different pesto.
