Every time i eat garlic bread i feel like something bad is going to happen?? am i crazy?!

Question: I dunno in the summer my cousins were over and I ate a piece of garlic bread for breakfast and for the rest of the day i felt like it was stuck in my throat and that food that i ate was going to pile on top of it and make me choke. (btw i have slight hypochondria) The next time I ate garlic bread, my friend offered me a piece at school cuz they made it in home ec. I felt like everyone was watching and laughing at me. Then about 3 weeks ago my mom served garlic bread with pasta and i had a ouija board at the time (which i later through out because it was saying weird freaky stuff) and every time i heard a noise, i felt like it was the gohst in the ouija board making the triangle thing move by itself. today i ate garlic bread for breakfast and now i feel like i am going to forget some homework or something or that something bad is going to happen. am i crazy? what should i do? no negative comments please, im already really stressed out.

It may seem crazy but whenever I eat anything like fried foods or anything really greesy or oily, I have anxiety attacks until I take something like tums or drink ice water then it goes away. It's probably the reaction of a food on your stomach. I don't know what causes it but you aren't alone!

Then stop eating garlic bread.

Simple.

I don't intend this to be negative; just honest. SEEK COUNSELING, sweetie. In the mean time, lay off the garlic bread.

It is most likely all in your head. You are associating garlic bread w/things happening for some reason. Just stop eating it or stop thinking something will happen if you do.

Yes You are exhibiting those qualities that i associate with craziness.

get counselin and stop eating it. and dont mess around with ouija boards. im going to pray that god has mercy on your soul, you should too.
