Have you tried canned potatoes?!

Question: if so, how do you like them? I'm finally getting around to making mine with just margarine, a little salt and pepper.

Nope I buy mine in a bag or sack. But they are also good with BBQ sauce and cheese and bacon bits. It's mouth watering.LOL

I just tried them for the first time last week. I used them in Beef Stew and they were excellent.

They are okay but not as good as fresh and don't expect the same taste...It is like the difference between canned peas and fresh peas...they are just not the same taste at all...but in a pinch they are alright.

I like to slice them and fry them down with a little onion until they are brown...you must drain them really well first though.
