cottage cheese. sounds gross; tastes good.
Dump cake. Grease bottom of a 8 x 11 inch pan. Pour in your peaches than spread a white or yellow cake mix on top pat the mix down lightly. Cover with a stick of melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. You wont believe how great it is. You can do this with any fruit and dry cake mix.

why dont you caramalize them with brown sugar or melt sum choc and pour over them. Or make a jelly

If you have some bread then make it into breadcrumbs and mix in some brown (or white) sugar. Layer in a small dish startting with some of the peaches and finish with the breadcrumbs. Include the juice too. Cook in the oven until the bread has absorbed the juice.

shame you're out of cream. some chocolate grated over the top is quite nice if you're desperate.
