How do you force a person to eat his/her green vegetable?!

Question: please star if it is Interesting okay

Answers: please star if it is Interesting okay

put cheese on it it always works or you can add ranch dressing

I don't force anyone to do anything. It sounds illegal.

Hide it in something they like or change the color of it.
Come on,,, you can think of a more interesting question that this one!!!!!

you don't force a person.., you feed them willingly, try cooking a good one that as if nobody can't resist that food in eating it. goodluck! ;)

Have you tried making a smoothie? THere are some great ones that you can make with veggies

you can always puree the vegetables and cook them inside of a favorite family recipe.

Actually, Jerry Seinfeld's wife Jessica just put out a book on this very subject. I'm sure you can find it at Amazon or Barnes and Noble online.

you should have them try it everytime you make it but then make the vegetales different everytime, like a stir fry or cook it in vegetable oil, and if they like it make it like that everytime

Try,,,lettuce on a sandwich,,,,onions, green peppers, tomato,,,on pizza,,,tomato, onion, green peppers on a hamburger.....Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich....those are veggies....Peas in a pasta dish....there are many ways to work them into their diet. You don't have to eat broccoli, Brussels sprouts, or Lima beans,,,,Soups are a good way to sneak in green veggies too. Put green peppers, in chili...add green peppers, green onion, and chopped spinach, with a little bacon,,,to an egg omelet....in other words,,,hide it it foods they already like....

try making it taste better?

Put ketchup on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Add grated vegetables such as zucchini to lasagna, meatloaf, pasta or mashed potatoes.

Add peas to mac & cheese!

In what kind of dictatorship are you living?
