Question: what are some soups, salads, or sandwiches that are reeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaalllllllllllllllll... good and satisfying and filling but dont have too many calories that you wont regret eating them?

go for salad it has the lowest calories, and don't use mayo use balsamic vinegar it is the best. goodluck! ;)

you'd be sooooooooo amazed how many low cal canned soups there are, you can have a whole can for like 200 calories, it's so good, just read the labels

2 cups Diced Carrot
2 cups Diced Celery
4 cups Diced Raw pumpkin
1 cup diced onion
? cup Dried soup Mix
4 Teaspoons Veggie Stock Powder
12 cups Water
Salt and Pepper to taste

Put everything into boiler and simmer for 1 ? hours until a thick consistency.

Chicken w/Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce
4 servings

8 ounces low-fat yogurt
3/4 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon scallions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh oregano, snipped or 1 tsp. dry oregano
4 lettuce leaves
4 each pita breads
1 tomato, diced

In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, cucumbers, scallions and 1/2 garlic. Cover and refrigerate. In medium bowl toss chicken with lemon juice, oregano and remaining garlic, let stand 10 minutes. Grill chicken or cook in nonstick skillet. Wrap pita breads in foil and heat in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Place lettuce, chicken breast cut in slices, and yogurt sauce on pita breads and fold to enclose filling. Serve immediately.
