What did you eat today?!
Breakfast: 2 granola bars and 2 juice boxes
Lunch: Cream of mushroom soup that seemed to be made with extra thick cream and a chocolate bar
Supper: Microwave dinner and fish sticks a half hour later
Snack: Yougurt and now I'm eating toaster waffles
Answers: I think I ate super bad today. Most days I'm pretty good but today was just bad.

i am a food/nutrition major and am normally conscious about what I eat....but I feel ya! I ate HORRIBLY today!
PRE-breakfast (I woke up early to study for an exam)-3 funsize packs of M&Ms
breakfast- granola bar and orange juice
lunch: microwave dinner- fettucine alfredo, some pop and random fridge leftovers
dinner: Burger King Bacon Double Homestyle Melt value meal (it was over-advertised on tv and i decided to give in)
snack (2 min ago)- more M&Ms and a peach
wowwwwwwww....i am definitely working out tomorrow for like...3 hours! LOL.

bacon and eggs and whole wheat toast
a cheese burger, no bun....and apple juice

and thats it...
but now i'm thirsty....

and thai take out food for dinner.
it was ok i guess.
i know, i can get hungry like that.
jelly low cal with dairy free ice cream and a little tin of peaches all together like they give you in childcare... or somewhere wen ur a kid.. its yummy! try it.

Whole wheat bread and a glass of milk in the morning.
Stir fry vegetable, chicken, and mushroom for lunch and same thing for dinner plus an egg scrambled.
In addition, I just had caffe mocha from Starbucks because I have to work late tonight.

For breakfast I had multi-grain cheerios with skim milk and a banana. For lunch I had an apple, a cup of noodles with shrimp, and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. After I got home I had some snacks throughout the afternoon: an oatmeal cookie, a packet of fruit snacks, a handful of goldfish crackers, some granola, a glass of Mountain Dew, and another banana. For dinner I just had a can of beefaroni.
For me this is a good day. I don't know what kind of diet you have but what you ate today doesn't sound bad at all to me.

DINNER- CUP OF NOODLE, BREAD WITH PEANUT BUTTER

2 miniature packages of m&ms and one of skittles
I ate chicken dynos for lunch and a BLT for dinner and thats it.
