mackerel for breakfast ...grilled? it stinks!
i love it but not for an early morning fishy breath...

smoked salmon with cream cheese on a crusty roll, much better, not so stinky like the mackerel

Porridge....

Deep fried used lavatory paper.

raisin bran, banana, lactose-free milk
spring, summer, fall, and winter

Crumpets and a mug of tea or coffee! Or some toast. Anything warm and filling. If iv got time porrige is great.

Another vote for porage here - the perfect winter breakfast, especially if you add some fresh fruit such as sliced peach or nectarine, or tinned will do - I love it with tinned prunes! Just a little honey with it is great too.

Cornflakes or Frosties with hot milk - yummy

Leftover chili! Pop it in the microwave and it's good to go.

Kippers..lovely with brown bread and butter, sprinkled with vinegar and pepper followed by a small bowl of Scotts Porridge Oats and organic milk.

Hot crumpets with butter and marmite, or toast with crunchy peanut butter and a cup of tea. Or, if I have time, scrambled eggs on toast.

nice hot ham and cheese jambons, delicious....

Porridge with a teaspoon on honey. Fills me up till lunchtime and stops me snacking!

Full English Breakfast with a coffee and a drop of brandy

Cream of wheat

Instant oatmeal with chopped, fresh strawberries as topping. Nothing beats scrambled eggs and salmon at the weekend though. Hmmmm

Oatmeal with fruit, toast & hot chocolate.

Mmmm, creamy porridge! A real winter warmer, and filling too!! Throw in a good spoonful of honey, or add a handful of winter berries to ring the changes!

two weetabix and hot milk....bliss.
