yep - i used to work in a Deli shop that sold different types of Black (blood) Pudding. did u know that u can also get White Pudding ? it's true ! (i think it's a traditional irish recipe ?!?)

It probably came to the rest of Europe with the Norsemen. Now different recipes are found in most European countries. Wikipedia has a good article on it.
