Is this a good healthy (sorta) lunch?!
Answers: I have a tuna sandwich (white bread) 2% milk, a chedder cheese stick and some cottage cheese?
wheat bread would be best, but if your freaked out by wheat bread or whatever, you can have enriched, white wheat bread, it tastes the same, the tuna would be best if you added some relish or celery or some lettuce, and used lemon juice instead of mayo, or a little of both, good with the 2%(1% doesn't taste much different), change the cheese stick to mozzarella, or don't have, and just stick with the cottage cheese, maybe a pit of applesauce would be good with the cottage cheese instead of a cheese stick, but that's an overall good, balanced lunch
add some chocolate and it will be a perfect lunch,lol!
