Ok....Krispy Kreme or Jack in the Box for breakfast??!


Question: Breakfast time! Good morning everybody.....

Jack in the Box (Supreme Sausage Croissant sandwich with Hashbrown and Orange Juice) or a whole bunch Krispy Kreme donuts and Starbucks?

(I'm trying to gain weight if that helps)

Any other suggestions? Like what to eat in the morning to gain weight? I'm only 100 pounds so no I'm not about to get EXTRA fat like you think i want to be.

Although Jack in the Box would be healthier, dohnuts and starbucks would help you gain weight. but it'd also be expensive after a while!

P.S. be careful on what you decided to eat, eating unhealthly stuff all the time is yummy, but bad for you and it would make you gain more weight than you would think!

Krispy Kreme doughnuts will help you gain weight really quick because of the high calories and fat in them!

I like sausage patties over donuts so I pick Jack in the Box.

I'd rather have a well balanced meal! So, I would pick the Jack in the Box breakfast. The empty caloric Krispy Kreme donuts will give you a sugar rush, but then leave you hungry sooner.

Breakfast Toaster Sandwich and a cuppajoe to get me to Starbux for the morning cappucino and donuts.

I love Starbucks coffee but I hate Krispy Kremes.

I prefer Burger King's Sausage Croissant and hash browns over Jack In the Box's.

Instead of fast food, you could go to Denny's or IHOP and get a full breakfast.

Of the two choices I would definitely say.......Jack in the Box (Supreme Sausage Croissant sandwich with Hashbrown and Orange Juice)

If you need to put on weight, you have to change your whole diet not just breakfast, because you will burn those calories off during the day.

Try to have balanced meals three times a day and having small meals or Carnation instant breakfast-type drinks in between.. Make sure you are eating good, bulky foods though not crap.

Well, the donuts will have you hungrier sooner, so that you could eat more at lunch and dinner, which would be great because if you have most of your calories later in the day, closer to bed than your body hasn't any time to burn them off. So this would be good to gain weight. If you eat the jack in the box, u may stay fuller longer, whereas you might not have an appetite later on today. Take a prenatal vitaman from the drugstore as these will increase your appetite, also buy some good quality olive oil and use that on salads(in addition to your reg dressing or make a vinegrette) as olive oil is great for stimulating the appetite and is loaded with good calories, make a dipping oil for bread with olive oil, garlic and seasonings and "dip" some pita bread into it daily, you'll see results soon:) and you won't realize how easy it is to finish a whole pita when its drenched in olive oil and goodness!! Krispy Kreme's will def help you gain weight if thats what you're aiming to do. . but there are ways to gain weight without eating foods that are bad for you. . .but Krispy Kreme works. . .in college my friends were doing a krispy kreme fundraiser and I bought 3 dozen. 1 box from each of them and over the next two weeks I ate all 3 doz. and gained over 10 pounds in less than two weeks. I didn't lose the weight till after college. My friends put me on heart attack watch. . :) hahaha. I have a problem that if the food is in front of me and I see it. . i eat it. . .all of it. Another time I had one of those 100 pack slim jims from costco and ate all of it by myself and my friends put me on heart attack watch urgent red level. Needless to say that I have not touched slim jims, krispy kremes and fast food since I graduated.
