Question: Or are you waiting until Christmas is nearer?

Answers: Or are you waiting until Christmas is nearer?

Hubby had a couple of warm puff ones earlier with ice cream!

waiting til xmas...shortcrust is best

shortcrust, not yet waiting for the big day so I can share it with my cat.

A mince pie looks beautiful with a short crust with a lattice top. It takes a bit of work, but it's worth the work. Mincemeat is so rich and moist that a traditional short crust is a better accompaniment than a puff pastry.

yes i have, shortcrust

Gott to be shortcrust for sweetmeat pies and puff pastry for savoury meat pies.
