Any else heard of weird food like this?!

Question: I was in a California hotel (The Red Lion) many years ago. They offered a Philly steak sandwich; the cheese was Philadelphia Cream Cheese! Ick.
Anyone else seen strange offerings like this (without it being 'normally' weird - like exotic offerings)?

LOL yep, in Hawaii "spare ribs" are cut from the ribs of a prime rib. After the roast is deboned the cut the ribs in small pieces. They are marinated in teriyaki sauce and usually very tough. I am used to mainland "spare ribs" being pork, smoked and really good.
