What do people mean when they say bugs come from bananas?!

Question: Do flies come from them.

Answers: Do flies come from them.

Some do. Tarantulas actually make nests in bananas, and it wasn't uncommon a couple decades ago to find tarantula eggs in them. Nowadays, we have all these rules and regulations regarding imports, so everything is cleaner, but you still absolutely get insect eggs and larvae in some fruits.

fruit flies do they are very tiny like a gnat and they come off of bananas

I don't think the flies actually come from the bananas, they are just attracted by the ripening fruit. They may even hitch a ride home on them from the market. They only breed in really rotten soft fruit.
