Why would someone still eat medium-rare burgers?!

People never believe it can happen to them.
some people can't stand to have their meat well done. I like everything meduim rare to medium.... more flavor imo
I know -- Its ok to have steak medium-rare, but I wouldn't dare have a burger that way. I'm glad that most restaurants will no longer serve burgers rare or medium-rare.
I eat things medium-rare all the time. It tastes much better. I've been doing it for 30 years and have had no problems.
Each to their own. I don't eat any meat and wonder why some people still do.
As long as the burger is cooked to an internal temperature of 160 (medium-rare) the threat of E.Coli is gone.
