Fast Breakfast Ideas?!
Answers: i don't have a lot of time in the morning at all to eat breakfast. So i need some healthy and FAST breakfast ideas. I'm also a vegetarian.
yogurt and cereal...or yogurt and fruits... (i'm sorry cuz i'm not sure if yogurt is a vegetarian food)
Instant oatmeal, you can add raisins, cranberries and nuts to it, delicous.
Also, cereal, yogart, cottage cheese, granola bars, fuit.
Apple with peanut butter! Good energy!

Fresh fruit like bananas are good, or oatmeal cookies, or energy biscuits. The kind of stuff that don't need preparation.
