Honey's actually very good for your immune system. It helps with stomach problems (indigestion, heartburn) and also with cold and flu-related symptoms. It also has a small amount of vitamins and minerals. Just be careful with eating more than what you eat now, as honey can be very fattening. (22 calories in a teaspoon.)
I love honey too!!! Especially the thick, unfiltered one. Mmm...yum!

I don't think so. I eat at least a tablespoon a day to prevent leg cramps.
