Most red meats have a good supply of iron in them especially ham (as in the proper ham from pig - not the processed stuff). Also green vegetables - brussel sprouts, broccolli and especially cabbage. Lots of iron in cabbage. Hope this helps.

In addition to red meat and leafy green vegetables, anything cooked on cast iron actually introduces healthy trace amounts of iron into your diet.
