Question: it's frozen and it hasn't exploded yet. you take it out and let it thaw out. If you put it back in the fridge and let it get cold do you think it will explode this time?

I bet it wouldn't. It expanded the most it would the first time and the carbonation was higher, so the 2nd time it would just expand to the same pressure or maybe even less. I bet the can looks like a balloon though.

if you shake it first, it creates air pressure inside... try that if you really want it to explode...

No, it will thaw and go back to normal, perhaps with a slight taste difference depending just what you're freezing.
