I need food all the time?!

Question: Ok really wierd question but I eat loads of food during the day, well not loads but quite a bit and I always need food around me otherwise at certain times I begin to shake and lose all my energy. If i get to the stage where im too hungry i just cant move and i feel tired and i cant move until ive eaten some thing. I shake, cant move and just feel sick. This happens when I havent eat for a certain amount of hours or havent eaten much during the day and find i need chocolate to get motivated!

Maybe your blood sugar drops real easy - this can cause you to be shaky, sleepy, headaches, etc. I would definitely go to the doctor for this - because there may be a more serious underlying problem causing this. However, stay away from sugary foods if you can. Stick with foods with carbs, protein, and fiber as they stay in your system longer. When you eat things like chocolate, sugary snacks, etc. you will get a boost and can be a quick fix - but you will crash a lot quicker and harder. Keep little snacks with you in your purse, car etc. So when you start to feel a little shaky a couple hours before lunch or dinner- grab it and eat to prevent your crash. Believe me - you are not the only one this happens to - its fairly common. You're supposed to eat 6 small meals a day anyways - or 3 meals and 3 healthy snacks - make sure you eat breakfast too!

me to me to

Have you tried going to your doctors.
I never heard of this before? Are you sure it's not in your mind?
I suggest carry food whereever you go.

Sounds like diabetes. You need to go and see a doctor anyway i think.

i suggest that you eat those foods that are more nutritious so that you will have enough energy whole day long

snap am like that to. don't know whats wrong.

Sounds like a problem with you blood sugar.
Have you ever had that checked.
If you have low blood sugar you body needs to bring the level up and you will get shaky.

You're having blood sugar issues. You can fix it with diet. Go see a doctor.

You need to go for a walk in fresh air or drink cold water instead of snacking so much coz you'll just get fat.

sounds like your blood sugar level drops quite quickly, you should check with your doctor. You should also try to eat slow releasing carbohydrates like wholegrain bread/breakfast cereals, baked potatoes etc, they will help to keep your blood sugar level steady.

Chocolate gives you an instant peak in your blood sugar level, but it drops down again very quickly making you feel sluggish, tired etc and wanting more sweet stuff
