What if your favorite cake and how often do you eat dessert per week?!

Question: I would like to know about your favorite cake/dessert and how often you indulge in these "little sins".
My favorite cake is Blueberry Cheesecake and close by a chocolate'pecan cake.
I eat dessert seldom, at the most twice a month, but I do eat some candy or a piece of chocolate around 5 pm every day when by body needs sweets..

I love cheesecake but my favorite is German Chocolate Cake. I eat dessert about once a week.

My favorite cake is carrot...and don't make or eat dessert, usually eat something sweet later in the evening.

Chocolate cake...and I eat it about once a month

I love ice cream, chocolate cake, and cheesecake. I have dessert, two squares of chocolate, every night.

Chocolate cake is my fave for sure... but I eat it rarely. I just started eating some dessert every night after dinner, though, because it helps my brain & stomach know it's done for the day, otherwise I'm eating (higher calorie) cereal or chips later in the night.

I've been eating fudgesicles for a couple weeks here ( only 60 or 70 calories each!) and before that it was popsicles (low calorie). Fruit would be good too... So, I recommend giving in to the sweet tooth, just make good dessert choices!

i like strawberry cake - even just a betty crocker boxed mix - with canned strawberry frosting. i ask for this for my birthday every year. it's not fancy or high class, but i love it. and i'm 30!

i eat desert at least once a day. not a lot because i like to stay healthy and in shape, but a few M&Ms everyday or a piece of dark chocolate or a rice krispy treat doesn't hurt ;)
