Both Cadbury's and ferraro roche!! :) mmm.. On a recent trip to America I had to go without both for FIVE WEEKS!! On the plane home I made sure I bought some Cadbury's. I've enjoyed chocolate so much in my life.. :) xoxo

Valhorna Chocolate is the best brand in my opinion. It is a super premium brand that is quite difficult to find but well worth it. There are about 15 varieties from white to dark with different cacoa and coco butter contents. They have very distinct flavors that come from importing cacoa beans from different countries or regions of a country.

scharffenberger chocolate is by far the best. they are only one of 12 chocolate makers in this country that produces chocalate from the cacao bean to the finished product without the use of foreign chemicals. i dont work for them (i do nonprofit work) but i must say a real cholocate lover would really appreciate their products.
