I've been there! Here are my fave post-dental-work foods:

Roasted&smashed sweet potatoes (very filling, very healthy)
Greek style yogurt with wheat germ stirred in
Finely chopped scrambled eggs with cheese
and don't forget the most magically healing food of all:SOUP! (natrually, you'll want soup with only very small things floating in it.)

hope you feel better!

BBQ PORK

try a protein shake, it should take away your hunger or some soup......tomato soup maybe

Mashed potatoes
Jell-o
Soup
Pasta

soup...

lol
ok iknow this may sound gross but i just got my wisdom teeth out and my wonderful boyfriend invented cerial for me... he took oatmeal square cerial and drenched it... so it was soggy then drained the milk and i ate it as a finger food!

omg it was good and filling! try it with your fav cerial... the key is to drain the milk after the soak!!

peace

Try some chicken soup.
When i first got my braces on, i ate only soup for a couple days.

how about some crackers like ritz...they're soft, with peanut butter... or a PB&J

Make boxed mashed potatoes and thin it out with more butter and milk until it is almost soup consistency. I got that recipe from my friend that had her stomach stapled. She could only have liquids for two weeks. No chewing.

eat a milkshake...those always fill me up

peanut butter and banana sandwich..
oat meal
maypo
put a slice of pizza in a blender...yummy
scrambled eggs..
mush..eeewww
hotdogs from a blender...add a bun and hotdog sauce...wallla

milk shake, juice
