Serves: 40

3 qt. orange juice
2 qt. pineapple juice
2 liters lemon-lime soda
1/2 cup grenadine syrup OR juice from 10 oz. jar maraschino cherries
4 cups ice cubes
1 med. orange - sliced
1 med. lemon - sliced
1 med. lime - sliced

-Combine juices, soda, and grenadine in a punch bowl.
-Add ice.
-Lay slices of fruit on ice to garnish

Ginger Tropical Punch
Prep: 20 minutes
Chill: 2 hours
Cook: 5 minutes

Ingredients
1-1/2 cups water
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
4 whole cloves
1 inch stick cinnamon
1 6-ounce can frozen apple juice concentrate
1 6-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Orange curls (optional)

Directions
1. In a medium saucepan combine water, sugar, ginger, cloves, and cinnamon. Bring to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Cool mixture; cover and let steep in refrigerator for several hours.

2. Meanwhile, prepare apple and orange juices according to product instructions. In a large container combine the apple juice, orange juice, and lemon juice. Cover and chill. Strain steeped ginger mixture. In a punch bowl stir together fruit juices and ginger mixture. Reserve 8 lemon or orange slices. Float remaining fruit slices in the punch. Cut reserved fruit slices in half. Garnish each cup with half a fruit slice and an orange curl, if desired. Makes sixteen (4-ounce) servings.

Make-Ahead Tip: Prepare the ginger mixture; cover and chill for up to 24 hours. Prepare and combine the fruit juices; cover and chill for up to 24 hours. Before serving, strain the ginger mixture and combine with chilled fruit juices.

24 (about 4-ounce) servings
Prep: 25 minutes
Chill: 2 to 24 hours
Cook: 15 minutes

1/3 cup sugar
12 inches stick cinnamon, broken
1/2 teaspoon whole cloves
4 cups apple juice, chilled
1 12-ounce can apricot nectar, chilled
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 750-milliliter bottles dry white wine, chilled

Directions
1. In a saucepan combine 1/2 cup water, sugar, and spices. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Chill, covered, 2 to 24 hours.

2. Strain spices from sugar water and discard. Combine with fruit juices. Pour into punch bowl; add wine. Makes 24 (about 4-ounce) servings.

im a Jamaican so ill give u a quick and easy Jamaican recipe for making fruit punch
6 Cups orange juice
2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup guava juice
1 cup strawberry syrup (optional)

1 mix together all the ingredients and bottle leave at least 30 minutes and serve over ice


How to make strawberry syrup

2 cups sugar
2 cups water
3 drops of red food colouring
