Answers: The most amazing Lollipop ever. They are so good. They are a crunchy lollipop outside with a chewy tootsie roll center. Tootsie rolls are those little chocolate chewy rolls that can come in long blocks, long skinny rolls, or short little rolls. The best flavor ever in my opinion was a christmas flavor where the lollipop was candy cane flavored.
