If I was going to buy just one fruit, what is the most nutritious one i could buy?!
Answers: Fruit is too expensive at the grocery store to buy many different kinds.
No one fruit is going to give you all the benefits of the others. They all have their advantages.
So the top 3 would be...
Oranges,
Pomegrantes,
Blueberries/ or Banana
I've always heard really good things about blueberries and pomegranites.
banana
Kiwi, because it has the most antioxidants/vitamins than almost any other fruit that you would find at the grocery store
Oranges because they have Vitamin C and Folic Acid! ;-)
apples! :)
a BIG and JUICY and green WATERMELON.
I would have to say an orange because it has both vitamin C and potassium. So you're getting both a vitamin and a mineral. (Two for the price of one).
Dole canned pineapple in it's own juice is super tasty, cheap, and very nutritious. That's what I buy when I'm in a financial pinch. Plus, it doesn't need to be refrigerated before eating, so I can take it with me on the go. All I need is a fork!
Looking at this online chart I found, it would depend on what specific benefits you're looking for. However, blackberries are especially high in fiber, low in sugar, high in vitamin A and C and not too high in calories.
I would say bananas. They are good for you and usually not to expensive. But also it depends on what fruit you like.
banana
kiwi
orange
If you look carefully at the fruit, you will notice some look better than others. If you can get something very fresh and locally grown, it is more likey to have its nutrients intact. Right now, apples are in season or, depending where you are, avocados!

fresh pineapple
Acai
its a super food grown in south america and its similar to blueberries, but they stay ripe only for 48 hours... this is considered to be the best fruit for you..
I don't think it is a good idea to label a fruit as "most nutritious." Each and every fruit offers its own array of vitamins and minerals that our bodies need, and the only way we can get all the nutrition we need is by eating a variety of food. You can eat "the most nutritious food" all you want but still be deprived of nutrients that you need. This is why we eat so many different kinds of foods (fruits, veggies, meats, legumes, etc...). Thus, I suggest you to buy just a few of your favorite fruits. Despite the expense, your health is more important. Besides, if you keep yourself healthy, you might even be able to keep away future health expenses.
A lady at the grocery store was pushing the fruit section at our store recently and had so much info about Kiwi, as much vitamins as 2 bannana's, etc. SO I looked it up and found out what the real deal is.

Ounce for ounce, kiwis are one of the best sources of vitamin E, potassium, and dietary fiber, not to mention they have almost twice the amount of vitamin C as oranges. What’s more, an enzyme found in kiwi, called Actinidin, helps break down proteins and aids in digestion.
Bananas
Bananas are fairly inexpensive than most fruits and quite healthy. Of course, most fruits are great for you and delicious, but I agree, they are expensive!
apple- an apple a day keeps the doctor away!
banana's are cheap and one of the best for you also try blueberries but those are a bit costy
I think apples are the best, all things considered, but bananas are also good, and besides, you'd really be able to climb trees.
I don't think there is an answer to this question because different fruits have high amounts in some vitamins and minerals but few of others. A fruit can't have it all.
I think the best answer to this question is for you to get a different variety of fruit every time you go.
(P.S.- try rare fruits like dragonfruit, permissons, starfruit, and etc.)
Banana
