Answers: Since my family did not enjoy turkey at Thanksgiving, I would roast lamb.

I really don't like the taste of turkey at all, never have, I always make a ham, I bake in in orange juice, and then glaze it. Even the turkey eaters, love the ham

I love deli turkey, especially with mustard, but I'm not a fan of just eating parts, like at Thanksgiving.

I really don't like turkey. We always have something else. Enjoy your lamb!

Me!

I love turkey! Rich, flavorful turkey...now I'm hungry. Who could possibly not like the taste of turkey??

Turkey for me is only OK and it has to have lots of gravy on it. I only like it when it is directly off the bird.. I don't like it ground or as lunch meat etc.

my family and i hate the taste of turkey. we always have an nontraditional thanksgiving, and we NEVER have turkey. this year, we're doing an all-hors d'oevres thanksgiving, and side dishes like masked potatoes that we love! its a lot more enjoyable than eating the same thing year after year.

Vegetairians don't like Turkey. Poeple who don't eat foul of any type don't like Turkey. There are all sorts of peoples who don't like Turkey. Some people don't like Lamb. Some like Lamb and Turkey.

The thing about turkey is that it can be tricky getting a big bird cooked well without drying out--and dry turkey really is disappointing, and then there is soooo much of it! Gravey can only do so much for a major disaster. I get a smaller bird and find it easier to keep juicy. On the other hand, it is almost impossible to dry out a leg of lamb.

Turkey can be really good. Slow-roasted or a good and heavy glaze would be awesome. There are some great ideas for turkey these days. Only the breast and if I am lucky a drumstick.

Lamb is really rich and doesn't agree with me but I enjoy how the Greeks prepare their lamb dishes- if its a good cut and prepared right I will try it.

Ham is out. I don't really like ham or pork chops; but if it was prepared differently I would atleast try it but usually I pass.

I'm aussie and we don't do turkey for thanksgiving in fact we don't have thanksgiving. But I've tried it once and it kinda tastes like chicken but has the texture of roast pork which was weird. We actually do seafood here around the thanksgiving time. Strange huh!

Why does it have a taste?
