Well I think I like them all but if I could choose just one of each I would have to say candy-Hershey's bar, ice cream- mint chocolate chip, and Oreo flurry (but only if it is made with chocolate ice cream.)
wow i like almost all of them except the reeses ive never really liked reeses anything to rich, but everything else you mentioned is oh so yummy!

other-chocolate macadamia nut cookies, chocolate milkshake, plain cheesecake
all the candy and Others I love! For the ice cream, I don't really care for Butter Pecan. Other than that, I love the rest.
