Can someone send me some ideas on what to use on tortilla rollups?!
Answers: I want to use these for a lunch or supper idea.
I mix ranch salad dressing with a little bit of cream cheese and spread it on the tortilla. then I layer ham, turkey, onions, tomtoes, romaine lettece, sometimes spinach leaves, and anything else I have that's handy and goes well in a sandwich.
I have also done a tortilla wrap with baked chicken stripes, tomatoes, lettuce, colbyjack cheese and then drizzled ranch dressing over it. kinda like mcdonalds.
My kid's like it when I layer ham and cheese in a tortilla and then warm it up in the mircrowave.
Um if you like tuna you could do some kind of sandwhich like wrap deal....
tuna or chicken salad
roasted veggies
cheesy steak wrap
chicken cooked in buffalo sauce, with lettuce and cucumbers and ranch dressing
I use them with:
Sliced avacados, sliced ham, onion and mayo.
Fajita meat, guacamole, sour cream, pico (YUM)
Soft Shell Tacos (You just don't roll up)
For something new and fun, try smearing a wark tortilla with peanutbutter and honey or jelly or bananas, or just plain pb. For savory, try ranch dressing, turkey, chicken or and deli youd like, and layer with lettuce and tomato's. Or try heating a tortilla and spreading bbq sauce and topping with shredded baked chicken and topped with mozzerella cheese. Yum! hope i could help = )
