What is the difference between "Crostini" and " Bruschetta" ?!

Question: They look the same to me except one is little bigger than the other.

Answers: They look the same to me except one is little bigger than the other.

Crostini are appetizers made of small thin sliced bread with a variety of different toppings. Bruschetta is usually made with a larger grilled slice of bread rubbed with garlic, ilive oil and maybe some fresg tomatoe and basil

You put bruschetta on a crostini.

Pretty close. Crostini is usually smaller and thinner. Bruschetta more often has tomato on it, but not always. Crostini tends to be crunchier. But there's a lot of overlap between them.

bruschetta is made w/ tomatoes and a crostini is thinly sliced usually french bread, goto your supermarket and ask for bruschetta, they'll give you a tomato mixture, not bread
