That the desserts meet the highest standards of freshness and make you feel like you’re sitting at your Grandmother’s Sunday dinner table. To consistently provide warm and welcoming service in an atmosphere of graciousness, efficiency, and integrity. To have every customer that comes through our doors leave satisfied and excited to come back. To provide all who work for us with a friendly, cooperative and rewarding work environment which encourages growth. To be a giving member of the New Rochelle Community and to use our bakery to provide employment to members of the community.

It's good, but maybe a little too long.
"Brevity is the soul of wit"
Should be something that is easy to remember.
I think it sounds great..shouldn't you include the surrounding areas also?Chances are people will come from all over so I would think of including surrounding area somewhere in there also,just a thought.
