Discontinued chocolate bar.I've been going mad trying to remember the name of a chocolate bar.?!
I don't want to buy one, just to know what it was called. Please put me out of my misery.
Answers: I think it was in the '80s, maybe the '90s. The centre was coconut and chewy caramel, with cherry pieces and it was covered in thick milk chocolate. From memory, the packaging was blue and it was from one of the major UK manufacturers - Cadbury, Fry or the like.

Argh, i know which one you mean, they were talking about it on the radio the other day, cabana bars!
Sounds like a Boost
yep a boost it was
i dont know what it was, but boosts dont have cherries in them, "dont" being the opprative word, because they still make them
Boosts are still for sale too.

Cabana chocolate bar - Cadbury concoction of the sick-making variety. Coconut, caramel and whole cherries encased in milk chocolate - uuurrgh, no more for me, thanks. Lasted for about a year in the early 80s.
