That should have been kept in the fridge from day one. Please dont eat it!

Feed it to your cat, then call your vet. Honest--if you don't know how old it is, then don't eat it. I can't imagine old canned fish eggs are tasty. But if the jar is sealed, give it a go. Then call your doctor.
