Question: today i heard that there are over 360 varieties just in france. i have eaten loads, but at home i mainly eat

in the marketplace. However, although there
are approximately 150 varieties of cheese recognized
by the USDA, few consumers have ever “risked”
trying any of the lesser known varieties available in
the marketplace

There is quite a common cheese with blue mould running through it
and it is dreadful to the taste buds unless you have
acquired a taste for it,which i havent
